"Hot Summer Nights" is a weekly music event held in the beautiful Noël Heritage Plaza. Admission is free and attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chairs. Food trucks are often available, and musical artists cover a wide range of genres. "Hot Summer Nights" is made possible by Downtown Odessa, Inc. and the Odessa Council for the Arts & Humanities.
